I have been buying and selling antiques (and some collectibles) for over 30 yrs. started out buying and selling to help pay for college. got a degree in business admin. and worked in managerial positions for 23 yrs. but, during this 23 yr. period I kept my sanity by continuing to sell antiques in my spare time. now that I am semi-retired, I still deal in antiques - it is in my blood. I am knowledgeable in auctioning, estate sales, online sales, direct sales, and appraisals.
Thanks for your question. If your item is made from pottery or porcelain, it is probably a vase. If it is made of wood, it is probably a letter holder. just my best guess without seeing the item.
My best guess (without a bit more description) would be Charlotte Becker. perhaps "End of a perfect day"?
Need more information and description.
Need more of description to tell you what your have. If you have a compact with a mirror, there arenumerous collectors for these. Must be undamaged, and preferably unused, to have any real value. any maunufacturers name on the compact? In general, vintage compacts from the 1950's/60's era sell in the $10.00 to $35.00 range. More if by a famous maker.

The 6" sub is too small and the 12" is too big. Why no 9-inch sub?If it is in original, working, condition it still has some value - I have sold R&M fans in the past in the 75.00 to 125.00 range.
Two shrunken heads. I did not buy them.
