If my girlfriend and I had sex many times in march and then she had sex with someone else on april 1 and then a week later she missed her period and said she is pregnant and she is. can the doctor tell if the baby was conceived in mid march or apr 1?

The doctor can give you an estimated date of conception, but it will depend on how regular her cycles are, and when she ovulated.

I am 24 weeks pregnant with my first. Sometimes when I sit straight up from laying or leaning on my back, it feels like the baby is trying to come through my belly. Is this normal? I feel like I am hurting him or something. It's quite painful also.

This is probably completely normal. You may have a separation in your abdominal muscles called diastase recti, which happens as your abdomen grows and the muscles are stretched. This would result in discomfort when you are straining your abdominal muscles, such as when you are sitting up from reclining. It will improve drastically, if not resolve, after the baby is delivered. For now, you just need to move slowly and take your time when you are sitting up. You should discuss this with your physician as well.

I had a missed miscarriage - medically managed. Within a few hours felt a pop and the "waters" go and then passed a lot of material. I bleed a little for a few days but didn't pass any clots. Lad said no foetus found. How could this be possible?

The answer all depends on how far along you were. Very early miscarriages would result in passage of pregnancy tissue, but not necessarily fetal tissue.

At 20 weeks, I was diagnosed with a hematoma by the placenta, low amniotic fluid, a SUA, & potential placental insufficiency. Baby measured in the 11%. By 27 weeks, he is 9%, good cord flow, and stable. What does this mean and what should I expect

We spent 2 weeks in cuba with my wife and took the sun a lot. She was 8 weeks pregnant. She took a sun burn but took folic acid and wear sun screen. Her belly was sometimes very hot. We are worried now for brain development for the baby. Thanks

While hot tubs are not advised during pregnancy, radiant heat from the sun is not likely to be damaging to the fetus.

Hello. I am 20 weeks pregnant and had my mid pregnancy scanning recently. I was told that everything was fine except that the heart ct ratio is 0.53 - the normal should be 0.50. I was asked to come back after 2wks for monitoring. Should i worry?

Is it really a must to wait a whole cycle after removing the iud to start trying to concieve?

I do recommend waiting a cycle after an IUD is removed before trying to conceive so that the endometrium has time to normalize and recover from the presence of the IUD. Please contact your provider if you have additional concerns.
